When combined with various sales and lowered ticket prices, it becomes clear why it attracts many customers with its business practices. Qatar Airways is an example of a fast-growing company that prioritizes high-quality, optimal prices, and comfort despite the costs to become the number-one airline company.
Branding and Advertising
Qatar Airways focuses heavily on spreading its global branding through various campaigns and activities. As mentioned by one of its managers, they “try to follow the path of other well-known companies and customize the process” (Fetais et al., 2020, p. 329). Its advertising is made to reach the global, international market in a highly competitive scene. By participating in international events the company sticks in the minds of customers, partners, and stakeholders which is the central marketing strategy they follow.
